Scrambled ToFu By Vegan Natural Way Of Life

Saute the leeks in sesame oil, add the grated ginger, carrots. Pour in the crumbled tofu. Stir in frying pan. Turn it down, add a little water, and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add the yellow squash and the string beans. Splash some soy sauce. And continue to stew in a covered fry pan.
