8 oz of diced firm tofu
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 red onion sliced
3 tablespoons of fenugreek (like this)
1/2 diced tomato
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons dried safflower (like this)
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chicken bullion
1 cup cooked brown rice (like this)
1 cup cooked red cabbage
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 teaspoons of mushrooms (like this)
Fry medium low heat for 30-45 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve as a side dish to Grilled chicken or baked fish. You can also serve it as the main entree with a salad or egg roll on the side
